Evening Update
We had visitors this afternoon to the kennel. The Kramer’s came to visit and brought along their 12 year old tri colored, Basset Hound, Spunky. I know one thing he enjoyed the tummy rub I gave him and the biscuits.
All the dogs had their dinner meal. L.A. picked at her food but seems to be happier then last night. Each day I think she’ll improve.
Tomorrow we welcome in a few regular clients and Luky will be leaving us. If the weather is nice and the exercise yard dries I’ll get some pictures.
Tonight Bob caught the one little orange tiger kitten that was hanging in the diveway a few nights ago. We have it in a large cage and hopefully it will be big enough to be spayed or neutered Tuesday.
I am not sure what else is on tap for the weekend, it is always a busy time for us. When I know more I will fill you in. Have a great Friday night.
Good morning. It’s a misty morning here on the farm. Rain once again is called for at some point. This is becoming very old, some sun would be nice to dry things out.
I fed the dogs their breakfast, gave biscuits and hugs.
L.A. is still somewhat unsettled she was howling when I first came in the kennel earlier which is unlike her. She did eat two large biscuits and was working on number three when I left. I think her appetite will be back before long.
When I was walking back up to the house I noticed something, so I walked over to the courtyard and what did I find… momma Bantam hen had a bunch of peeps. They appear to be mostly black althought two had some yellow on them.
I hope you all have a great Friday and a great start to the weekend.
