Evening Update
Wow am I beat, I guess my play date with Ari wore me out. Please read the post on Ari.
After feeding tonight I decided to spend some one on one time with Diamond and Slash. Both are now getting better with the doggie doors and in a few days they should have this task down pat. I took my milk crate and sat in the runs with each of them as they are not 100% sure of me yet. Diane, you were right Slash is more reserve. If I only had the camera with me at the time I could have shown you what a Borzoi smile is. Diamond grins, big time, shows all her pearly whites. She is just adorable. I will try and get pictures of them tomorrow, especially Diamond smiling. Little Sidde Lee and Skippy are enjoying each others company. The two of them were outside sunning themselves at the end of the kennel runs where the sun shines in. Tomorrow we have two Brittany Spaniels arriving and Spanky is joining us once again.

I trapped the “Tan Foot”(as I call her) feral queen tonight. I was so excited. Tomorrow Suzanne from No Nonsense Neutering is coming over to help me transfer this queen into a crate so she is safe until Tuesday when she will be spayed and re released. It has taken me four years to trap these queens(the one from the other night and Tan Foot) and I think after Tan Foot there is only one more queen. We might actually have this colony under control now. I’m thrilled.
I am off to finish up the laundry and I’ll head out to give hugs and biscuits at my normal time. Have a wonderful evening.

Morning all, the sun is shining brightly this morning and it is a lot cooler which is wonderful. If it would only stay like this all the time.
I just came in from feeding breakfast and cleaning the kennels. It always nice being greeted by those wagging tails. My favorite this week has to be little Sidde Lee she does this little dance for her breakfast. I was thrilled that my efforts last night worked, the Borzoi are using the doggie doors, still slightly opened but they go in and out now. Diane, your babies Diamond and Slash seem to be fine. They just need to get into the routine here, and they will. I passed out your hugs(extra big hugs) to them both.
I am off to PT, Bob is in charge. I’ll post later. Have a great day.
BTW.. for those of you that are new to this blog, feel free to scroll the previous posts and the other pages. Comments are always welcome and answered if necessary.
