Happy Easter everyone. Bob and I actually slept in until 7 AM this morning, that’s amazing when you have birds and a kennel full of barking dogs. We headed out after a cup of coffee and fed all the dogs breakfast, Bob got the buckets and mopping done and I scooped and hosed down. Our plans today include reinforcing the outside exercise yard fencing, once it warms up a little outside. It’s still a bit chilly for me to be out. Over the winter and with the past few storms we want to make sure it is totally secure in all places. Bob also is going to fix the lower latch as it is frozen(not ice frozen) shut from the winter. Once we get that finished there are still branches that need to go and then we’ll be dog safe once again. The other nights rain brought down part of the one Black Walnut’s limb so that all needs to be cleaned up before dogs can run. With Bob’s assistance I hope we can get the dogs out there today since it isn’t raining, I just have to make sure it isn’t too wet.
