Good morning everyone. It is already a hot one outside. It is suppose to reach 90 once again today. I heard several areas that are close to me, had record high tempertures yesterday.
I have been out to the kennel, fed the dogs and pressure washed the inside of the building where all the dogs departed yesterday. It seems so empty and quiet without the three Labradors here. I will miss Nora and Phoebe for sure. I plan on getting dogs out shortly before it gets too hot.
I didn’t go to PT this morning because I had a bad night, lots of muscle spasms which I gather is still to be expected. Today, I am going to relax if possible and let my body just rest.
