Good morning all. It’s an overcast morning and the weather report says we could get a pop up shower at anytime.
This morning Cooper and Molly will be leaving us but this afternoon Cooper the Golden Retriever will be arriving. All the dogs ate their breakfast, some woof it down, other pick at it, until it’s done. I mopped the floors and pressure washed. I plan on getting dogs out as soon as the food in their bellies settles. I need to beat the rain.
Bob and Studdy’s garden looks great, much less weeds to deal with when the plastic is laid down. They already have new plans and a different layout for next season. In my little pool gardens things like my herbs and romaine lettuce have taken off. I can’t beleive how nice the heads of romaine look. My cucumber plant has grabbed hold and is starting to climb. Once the vegetables are in I can start canning and of course making dog cookies from good solid natural ingredients.
I will post the recipes when I am ready to make them.
