Morning all, as you can see by the photographs above I’m once again not a happy camper. The rains came last evening and have not stopped. When I woke up it was coming down in buckets. I walked out the front door, still dark as you can see. When I was done feeding the dogs breakfast I decided to sneak a peek out the back door as I could hear water running. Once again the exercise yard is totally flooded. If the rains stop dogs will all get out into the catch pen areas. This story sadly is getting old. Bob has to talk to the neighbor and see if he can clean out his side of the property line to help this flooding issue.
On a better note the dogs all ate a hardy breakfast, cookies too. I pressured washed even though things were wet already. I like things to be very clean. I know several of the dogs were happy to just have me give them a good rub and butt scratch this morning.
We are expecting Eli and Champ to arrive shortly for the weekend. Tomorrow we are welcoming a few new dogs and as always we are excited to meet them all.
I am not sure of the weekend plans yet. I would love to pick up my motorcycle if its finished but I have yet to receive a call saying it is finished. I’m not sure I really want to ride it home in these heavy rains maybe we’ll trailer it home if we get the call. I don’t think we’ll be riding much if it rains all weekend. We’ll see how it goes.
I am off to drink my morning cup of Timmies. Have a good weekend everyone.

Build an Ark, Build an Ark…. Hey Missy, sorry to see what’s going on with all the rain… I too wish it would stop soon, but on a brighter note, just imagine if this was all in the form of SNOW…lol. Hope things are well, and I’ll talk to you sometime this weekend. A lot of things have been going on… say hello to Bob for me…
