In Memory of Sagan

The following came to me in a e-mail. I was given permission to post the entire e-mail and photographs. I am amazed on a daily basis how dogs touch peoples lives. Thank you Scott, hugs.

Hi Missy,

Here are some pics of young Sagan that Louise dug out for me. There are some pictures of Sagan with his best buddy Gort From March 1999. Sagan was about 5 months old. You can really tell in “sagan-gort-1-mar-1999″ where he’s laying on the couch with Gort. They are about the same size! The picture “sagan-xmas-1999″, is the way I like to remember Sagan, “Play with me!” My favorite is “sagan-cate-scott-xmas-1999″. I love that picture. In “sagan-cate-feb-2001″, Sagan was about a year and four months old. When Cate used to go outside to play he would stay out there with her until she came in. He just sort of stayed around her. I can’t tell you how much I miss him. I brought his ashes home yesterday and now he’ll always be with us.
