Because ‘reusing is recycling’…Arizona, Wyvern, and a brussel-sprout stalk-turned-favorite toy.

Good morning everyone. You have to love the above slideshow. I made a slideshow from the photographs she sent me.Traci is a dear friend, my only kennel sitter and official Otter finder. On Wednesday or Thursday of last week Traci came to visit. She noticed we had fresh brussel sprouts growing in the garden and told me they were her favorite vegetable, so of course she went home with a stalk. As you can see, the brussel sprouts are gone and Ari her Standard Poodle Shepherd mix and Wyvern her Scottish Deerhound, have a new toy. I do hope Traci doesn’t mind me stealing her lines and sharing the photographs. I think they are terrific.
It’s another cold start to the day and weekend. The wind is blowing and once again the dogs were all cuddled in when I went out to the kennel. Once they hear me walk into the kitchen they get up and go nuts, breakfast time. I’ve been giving them a warm breakfast which is gone in seconds. I did clean things up and set up for Eli who will be arriving later this morning.
I am not sure what the weekend holds for us. I do know we need to turn our Road Warrior miles in for the HOG club. I need to have Bob change the oil in my motorcycle so I can ride down to Classic and turn my mileage in. Hopefully, that can be done this weekend.
I am off to the gym, Bob is home working. I hope you all enjoy your weekend.
