Tuesday November 10, 2009

Good morning, it’s hard to believe it’s November with the temperatures as warm as they are. It was actually pleasant outside.
I woke the dogs this morning, the roosters took the morning off I gather. They all had their breakfast, runs swept and mopped and outside runs pressure washed. Later, Eli arrives and the dogs will get to go out.
I got a e-mail from the Alburtis Animal Hospital yesterday stating that Pennsylvania is the number one state with Rabies. This is scary, besides the usual animals(bats, skunks, raccoons etc) cats are among the highest recently having Rabies. Please use extreme caution around feral cats you don’t know. Also, there has been one confirmed case of HiNi in felines as well. Speak to your veterinarian to make sure your pets are safe.
I am off to wake Bob and grab some coffee. Have a enjoyable Tuesday.
