Good evening all, I hope you had a great day. Surprised that I didn’t post this morning? Well, I got busy, simply so busy the day just flew away.
Bob and I got up early and since it was nice out(in the upper 30’s) we decided to bring the pressure washer out and clean kennel runs outside. While Bob did that I let the dogs out to potty first, fed breakfast, pulled water buckets and then started the heavy inside cleaning. I stripped all the kennel runs inside. It very much needed to be done. What a exhausting job especially after being so sick. All the walls and chain link got disinfected, walls were vacuumed, floors scrubbed on my hands and knees, all the ceiling fans were scrubbed. This is a job that in the warmer weather you can do all the time. Winter, things get tough and every few weeks you have to attack it and just do it. I feel so much better now knowing it is all done and spotlessly clean once again.
We got a call from our friend Don who wanted to know if we were interested in taking a short motorcycle ride since it was so nice out, so we did. We put on over 100 miles and it was so nice to get some fresh air although I am totally beat now. I can’t wait to jump into a hot shower later on.
I saw the weather report and freezing rain and snow is expected the next few days. I am not sure what the week holds for us, we’ll just have to wait and see.
I am off to rest and watch some television before I need to let dogs out and lock up for the night. I’ll be posting at my normal time tomorrow.. hopefully. Have a restful night.
