Good morning all, the rain has finally stopped, yeah. Things are pretty soaked here but I am hopeful they will begin to dry off once the sun comes out.

Morning all, sunshine today wooohoo and the temps are suppose to be near 70 degrees. This kind of weather is just for me, too bad the pollen is so high.
