Good afternoon everyone. It’s another beautiful day on the farm, the sun is shining and the temps are awesome.
This morning I got the dogs fed and right after that I treated them to a frozen marrow bone. Talk about some happy canines. Betsy and I went out into the play yard for about 45 minutes. She got tired of sniffing around I think so we came back in.
Studdy and I got a later start today on the canning. Today we canned 18 jars of salsa. I am so over making salsa it isn’t funny. Next week, we are doing Peach Salsa without tomatoes. Bob, brought home a whole case of peaches yesterday. By the middle to the end of the week they will be perfect for canning.
I’m off to take a break and give my knee a rest. Have a great day, enjoy the sunshine.
