Evening Update
Where did my afternoon go. Seems like I was on the telephone all day planning the holiday party for my kennel club. I am one of the chairpersons and since the party isn’t that far off calls had to be made.
The exercise field was pretty soaked so sadly the dogs stayed in. I did however go out earlier and spend time with them. I had buckets and walls to clean so that got done also.
All the dogs had their dinner and later I will go out and tuck everyone in for the night.
To Sgt Mike.. I’ll be waiting for that e-mail I was promised. Sgt Tina you are welcome to my home anytime and I will make sure scalloped potatoes are on the menu. GiJoe you will have cornbread! Knew you would smile at that Joe. Write when you are able to and remember stay safe.

Good Morning and good evening to the guys checking in. Hugs to Joe, Mike, & Tom, thank you. I am so pleased you guys enjoy this blog, I enjoy writing it.
Today’s weather is much better then this past weekend. Hey it isn’t raining which is a bonus. It is still muddy but I can cope with that. I heard at the gym more rain is coming in the next few days, thrills.
I did see two things driving to and from the gym this morning. A big buck grazing roadside, had to take a double take and wow he had a nice rack from what I saw. Next was a beautiful Blue Heron sitting by an under pass on the side of the road. What is odd is that on Friday it was sitting on the opposite side of the road but more in a grassy area. You rarely see such a beautiful bird, so close.
Before I forget I received another e-mail notice for the dog food recall. I posted the link last week. PLEASE check to make sure none of the dog or cat food you are feeding is on that list.

I am going to head out and check to see how wet the exercise yard is. If it isn’t too soggy I may just let the dogs out to run. I will use my better judgement in this case.

ohhhhh otter lol tina gets taters? joe col joe d gets corn bread,,, i want the beans…. keep up good work otter and thank you for home front news.. and peaceful feeling… joe said he thinks he osted n wrong area took us bit to find lol we will look forward seeing more here.. well we on the move now but will check in here and there semper fi miss otter
