What a busy morning here at the kennel. It’s been raining on and off so the dogs stayed in this morning but they did get breakfast, biscuits and hugs.
The Border Terriers are moved and back in the show kennel. For those of you looking at the photographs saying wow there is no concrete outside, you are correct. Our Border Terriers need a good foot and concrete over time can break the foot down(it’s a show dog thing).The stones also gives a sand effect, creating excellent muscle tone. Now you know why we use the stone in the show kennel runs only.. Hopefully my kids will settle back in quickly.

Mid Afternoon Update
It got very humid and drizzled once again. MMM the capital “t” won’t work on this keyboard, this is not good. On with my jabbering.. I snapped a few photographs after I checked everyone at lunchtime. Featured today are Chamois the Labrador Retriever and Sully the Labrador Shepherd Mix.

I spoke to Mrs. Hawk today and she said “tigger”(there goes the use of the capital “t”) is doing very well. He was running about the house as we spoke on the telephone. I am so pleased he adjusted well and Cooper their Golden Retriever and their other cat are all accepting him. He will be coming back on July 14th so he and the girls can be spayed and neutered. Then he will return home with the Hawk’s.
