We are located in Kutztown, just 20 minutes west of Allentown in Berks County, PA. We specialize in providing complete, all breed canine, and small animal country boarding. We are fully licensed and insured. We reside on the premises.
We offer one-on-one attention for your pet's needs in a country atmosphere. For our canine friends, we have indoor/outdoor runs which allow the freedom to come and go 24 hours a day. Our kennel runs are quite spacious. Our standard indoor run is 4' X 5' which allows your pet to have a nice cozy spot to curl up and sleep, socialize with fellow "dog" neighbors and of course room for human interaction. We also accommodate giant breeds in our double runs that measure 8' wide by 5' long indoors and 8' wide by 14' long outdoors.
On the outside, the 14' kennel runs are completely under roof so even in inclement weather your dog can get out and stretch. The flooring is concrete both inside and outside with 6 foot high chain link fence. We have added heavy duty matting and individual cuddler beds for comfort on the inside. The kennels are air-conditioned in the summer and heated through the winter to keep your pet healthy and comfortable. In addition we are using the Fresh Air by Eco Quest Air Purification System.
We feed a professional diet and can also feed your pet food, at your request. We also cater to special diets and any medication your pets may require.
There are several veterinarians that are familiar with our kennel and make it easy to rely on their professional services if your pet requires emergency veterinary attention. Naturally, we will always try to accommodate your wishes with your own veterinarian, should the need arise.
Caring for your small animals (rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, gerbils, etc.) is available.

Does you dog need a manicure? There is no longer a need to make an expensive trip to your vet for nail trimming. We can professionally trim them on the day your pet is due to return home, from his boarding or daycare stay, just call and schedule an appointment. I have been a professional groomer for 30+ years and can do this service with no muss or fuss. My fee is $10.00 and a lot less expensive than a vet visit.
Missy and Bob Brong have owned and managed Hound Hollow Farm Boarding Kennel since 1987. The rest of our staff are caring people who own their own animals, realizing the responsibility it takes to care for the pets staying with us.
